BAU: Residents and business premises in Bau town and its surrounding areas are advised to store adequate water for usage due to the water supply disruption that will take place on Thursday (March 28) from 9am to 3pm.
In a statement by Sarawak Rural Water Supply Department’s (JBALB), the disruption is due to installation works of a ‘Sluice Valve’ on the main pipeline, specifically a 225mm HDPE pipe at the Rock Garden area of Bau town.
JBALB has assured the public that efforts will be made to swiftly resolve the water supply disruption, with gradual recovery expected thereafter.
