ENTREPENEUR Watie Hanifiah, wife of comedian Shuib Sepahtu, recently revealed that she was scammed, resulting in a loss of almost RM100,000.

The 36-year-old said that being gullible to any investment scheme with high returns, it was hard for her to resist or be careful before investing.

“I just found out about the scheme being a scam just before I flew to China,” Watie said. She also added that it was her own mistake as she did not heed her husband’s advice to be wary when it comes to any investment scheme.

She added that her Instagram account was also suspended on the same day.
