KOTA SAMARAHAN: Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Sarawak will be holding a webinar entitled ‘The Importance of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) & Biotechnology’ from 9.30am to 12.30pm this Saturday (July 17) through Microsoft Teams and Facebook.
The webinar, themed ‘STEM & Biotechnology Towards Sustainable National Development’ is organised by UiTM Sarawak’s Faculty of Chemical Engineering in collaboration with the Asian Federation of Biotechnology Malaysia Chapter (AFOB-MC).
The webinar will feature two panel members, namely Assoc Prof ChM Dr Mohammad Isa Mohamadin, UiTM Sarawak’s Deputy Rector (Students Affairs), and Prof Ts Dr Suraini Abd-Aziz, AFOB-MC president and a professor of the Faculty of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences at Universiti Putra Malaysia.
