FC Kokero team players out to grab the semi-finals slot.

KUCHING: Three matches this weekend will determine the fate of five teams to grab the slots to the semi-finals of the KSRRSK-H2 Sports Friendly Cup 2018 football championship.

Earlier, Scarlore FC team as leaders of group A qualified for the semi-finals by collecting nine points after winning all three games in the group stage. Meanwhile, the other two teams in Group A, namely Real Dosm and FC Kokero are still looking for chances to qualify for the semi-finals which will only be known after this weekend’s match as both teams collecting six points.

In last Sunday’s matches, FC Kokero’s player, Dzulfitry Nafri brought the much sought victory to his team by collecting full points after defeating FC Federal 2-1.

In group B, FC Banero looked to be one leg into the semi-finals with eight points. However, a different fate await Real Stats and Afifah FC teams who will battle for the semi-finals after both teams collecting five points.

In another game on last Sunday, Scarlore FC defeated Barsatiga FC with 3-1.
“The semi-finals can only be determined at the end of the group stage matches,” said KSRRSK president Mohamad Romze Arbi.

The matches to determine the three more teams for the semi-finals will be played at Padang C, Petra Jaya here on Sunday (Nov 18).
