Wet, slippery road causes 3-vehicle collision in Song

SONG: Wet and slippery road at Simpang Empat, Katibas Bridge here apparently caused three cars to skid and crash by the roadside this morning.

Civil Defence Force (APM) Kapit officer Captain Mohammad Noor Ini said they were alerted to the accident around 8.55 am.

A three-member team from APM Song was deployed to the scene. On arrival, the rescuers found the vehicles by the roadside. There were no reports of injuries.

Mohammad Noor said the vehicles could have skidded and crashed due to the slippery road condition.
