Ariana Grande is adding to her extensive fragrance portfolio this week, with the launch of ‘Thank U, Next.’ The Grammy Award-winning singer’s new scent, which is named after her hit track of the same name, will be released exclusively on Ulta.com August 1, before rolling out in the US and Canada on September 1.

The fragrance, which was created by the perfumer Jerome Epinette at Robertet, features top notes of white pear and wild raspberry, a heart of crème de coconut and pink rose petals, and base notes of macaroon sugar and a textured musk.

It comes presented in a pink bottle contained within a broken heart case, and is the latest scent to come from Grande’s ongoing partnership with Luxe Brands.

“I wanted to make a fragrance that smells related to my first fragrance Ari but more summery, so I revisited Ari’s fruity pear and raspberry notes and changed it up by adding some coconut,” Grande explained in a statement.

“I was inspired to design a bottle that represented the message of my song “thank u next” – the emergence of the perfume from the broken heart represents moving forward from a challenging chapter.”

“Ariana’s creative vision for Thank U, Next perfectly communicates the combination of sexiness and sweetness, while cleverly conveying the details of Ariana’s latest fragrance in a fresh, modern way that is both authentic to Ari and unique to the category,” added Noreen Dodge, Chief Marketing Officer of Luxe Brands.

Grande has become a force to be reckoned with in the fragrance industry recently: she fronts a multi-million dollar scent portfolio that she began building back in 2015 in partnership with Luxe Brands, with the launch of “Ari by Ariana Grande,” followed by the release of “Moonlight,” “Sweet Like Candy” and “Frankie by Ariana Grande.”

Her ‘Cloud Eau de Parfum,’ was named ‘Fragrance of the Year: Women’s Popular Award’ at the Fragrance Foundation Awards in June.
