BINTANGOR: A 19-year-old woman escaped unharmed after her sports utility vehicle (SUV) skidded and crashed along Jalan Bintangor-Sarikei last night (July 16)
The accident happened around 8.25 pm as the woman was driving her Hyundai Tucson from Sarikei to Bintangor.
Firefighters from Bintangor station were dispatched to the scene, about 5 km away, after receiving an emergency call.
Upon arrival, the team confirmed the accident, finding the vehicle at the roadside. No rescue operation was performed as the victim managed to exit the vehicle before the arrival of the Bomba personnel.
