BINTULU: A driver sustained injuries to her legs after her car skidded and crashed near Muhibbah Stadium, Jalan Tanjung Kidurong this morning.
A spokesman for the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) said they received a distress call around 10.55 am and deployed firemen from Bintulu station to the scene.
The victim’s multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) had crashed into a ditch. The firefighters had to free the 56-year-old victim who was pinned to her seat.
The woman, who suffered minor injuries to her legs, was later handed over to the paramedics to be taken to the hospital for further treatment.
