Mukah OCPD DSP Muhammad Rizal Alias disclosed that the 25-year-old victim, an environmental officer from a local company, was the target of the fraudulent scheme.

Over the course of transactions from Jan 19 to Feb 23, 2024, the victim transferred RM18,090 to four different bank accounts under various individuals’ names.
