MUKAH: Chairman of the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) Abdul Yakub Arbi paid a visit to the site of the “Rumah Mampu Milik” (RMM) Taman Mutiara Indah Phase Two project, here recently.
At the same time, this visit was joined by Tellian assemblyman Royston Valentine and HDC officers.
The visit was concentrated in the locality between Jalan Petanak and Green Road Mukah with a project site totalling 4,195 hectares.
The location is close to the administrative centre of Mukah, the town centre and also several schools.
Accordingly, with the existence of this RMM, it will provide value and subsidies to buyers and at the same time it reduces the burden of home ownership as a basic requirement for the well-being of the people.
HDC chief executive officer Fathi Hambali was also present.
