KUCHING: A worker injured his spine and broke his left arm after he fell from the top floor of a building under construction.
The 53-year-old man from Bau was working on a detached house under construction at 10am when he fell from the top floor.
His colleague on the ground floor who tried to break his fall by attempting to catch him was also injured. An ambulance later took the injured worker to Sarwak General Hospital for treatment.
