KUCHING: The world’s first phygital (Physical + Digital) YASTART. io. Artwork Platform assured by Gold, was launched by YAST Group through its subsidiaries YASTech and YASTArt here on Wednesday (Feb 23).
“Our vision is to be a global arts marketplace where talented artists among our community can utilise our platform to showcase their creativity and artworks to increase their potential of making a decent income for themselves, at the same time, benefitting the community as a whole,” said YAST founder Esther Law Lee Poh.
“Through R.E.A.L values, which YAST Group advocates, we believe we can enrich the world. This is clearly aligned with one of our missions and that is to provide decent job opportunities for the less fortunate in our local and global community.”
Law also said YAST was confident that its platform would be capable of assisting corporates and sponsors in matching their CSR needs with related talents or artworks and in supporting the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
“Being a native Sarawakian myself, I have always desired to do my best in ‘Bringing the World to Sarawak’ and ‘Bringing Sarawak to the World’.”
